TEN things you wish you could say to TEN different people right now, without naming the person:
1) We've been so close through these two years, it's almost like we're not going to different classes anymore.
2) Be more understanding and sensitive.
3) Everyone can hate you for your ways, but your determination to change others is really commendable.
4) Have others' interests at heart, even if that means being more enthusiastic.
5) Don't be too shy and end up bottling your secrets tighter and tighter.
6) Speak up to the people who have been affecting your life.
7) Lose your short temper and learn to accept things the way they are :)
8) Don't always look at things from a single point of view, even when you are trying to resolve conflicts.
9) Stop being so reserved but confess your emotions - just speak up to us!
10) Stay as you are - cheerful, funny and lovable!
NINE things about yourself:
1) I dance to my iPod every night in my room.
2) I like being frank and sarcastic.
3) I don't like eating cheese, but I used to love it.
4) I hate licking my ice cream.
5) I love simple and neat things.
6) I like to design and illustrate as a pastime.
7) I like to share my interests openly without a care of others' opinions.
8) I watch Japanese anime excessively.
9) I don't think I ask for much, but yet I seem to ask for more.
EIGHT ways to win my heart:
1) Learn to love me, of course!
2) Make me love you back, too.
3) Make me think about you every moment.
4) Love me for who I am.
5) Don't manipulate me to suit your wishes.
6) Don't change me like the settings in your computer.
7) Stay down-to-earth.
8) Don't be lusty.
SEVEN things that cross your mind a lot:
1) Exams and everything related to it.
2) Family matters like the recent argument my parents had.
3) Friends and how unhappy I am of their flaws.
4) Funny things that happened in my life.
5) Music that is singing in my head.
6) Me and how I can change myself.
7) How I am going to spend my year-end holidays.
SIX things I wished I never did:
1) Getting into arguments with the people I know.
2) Not taking more swimming lessons.
3) Making myself feel like a pushover.
4) Being so selfish and ending up losing a friend.
5) Taking things too hard on myself.
6) Making my life too stressful.
FIVE turn-offs:
1) People who like to act like social butterflies (e.g. showing others that people like that person more by interrupting conversations on purpose and stuff).
2) People who are judgmental (e.g. looking from a single point of view).
3) People who are tactless.
4) People who hold unreasonably to their opinion.
5) People who are desperate for attention.
THREE words to sum up my life:
1) Loved ones
2) Happy things
3) Music, of course!
TWO things I won't die until I do:
1) Live life to what I think is the limit.
2) Overcome all of my fears.
ONE last confession:
1) I LOVE YOU!!! (that was so corny!)

stupid premium accounts
Do you know those sites where you go to download stuff like RapidShare, MegaUpload or something like that? I really hate those sites because they like to give fake messages about how my IP address is already downloading some other file or show a stupid ticker counting down to when I can download the file. Does that even make a difference, really? They can even say that the files that I have been attempting to download have expired and I can only download it if I buy a stinking "premium account". It totally drives me crazy.
Sigh. I think I'm going insane in this boredom. It's always like that.
School = stress and holidays = boredom. I can't wait to get my books and uniform. I have to get to school tomorrow, I hope I don't forget. At least I would be able to get out and about.
Sorry Tay Xi for forgetting to turn up at your cell today!!! My memory is failing me so badly.
I tweaked my layout a little. The new design was kind of "inspired" by my tagboard. It's weird, I know, but I think it looks nicer. What do you think? Leave a tag with your opinions.
I can't wait for the release of Taylor Swift's new album. Her singles totally rock (so far). I simply love "Fearless" and "You're Not Sorry". You should listen to it. I'm looking forward to Britney Spears' album too, but not too much because some of her songs tend to be great hits but the others turn out like crap. But I'm just too addicted to "Womanizer". Yay!

morningside
I woke up at 1pm today. I was being so stupid by wasting a day away. The afternoon was spent catching up on TV shows online. I realised I've missed out on a lot of episodes ever since I stopped watching because I couldn't buffer the videos properly.
My dad bought me new earpieces for my iPod nano that I'm going to take along on the aeroplane ride. It cost me $55 for this, but let's face it, at this rate I'm going with this pair of pathetic earpieces, my right ear will go deaf in no time.

Monday (03/11/08)
I met my friends at the bus stop at Downtown East and we went to check in and put our stuff in the chalet. Hui Jie gave me a call and said that she was over at the Escape Theme Park entrance and was lost, but we were too busy trying to check in. I told her to wait until we get her. In the end, the plans clashed and only Isaac ended up taking her over to the chalet. We then went to the NTUC at E!hub to get our barbecue foodstuff and such... we only bought five bottles of drinks, major mistake. It wasn't even enough to fill our bladders. We saw Janet and her cousin there and it was super hilarious... she held a radio and the Pictionary board game in a supermarket. When we were finding the food, it was super funny, Hui Jie took the soup fishballs to grill in the barbecue. I was picturing the soupy fishballs on charcoal. Hui Yen also gave me the spreading butter, which was... MARGARINE?
We then went back to the chalet to put all the food in the pantry. Hui Jie, Janet and Jessica went to have their late lunch while I played Pictionary with Hui Yen, Jun Jie and Yi Ren. It was so hyper.
When the girls got back with my Mars bar, they told us about a bitchy woman at KFC. The conversation went like this (I think?)...
Janet: Can I have this set?
Cashier (bitchy woman): Okay, that would be $7.20 (or $7.90? I have no idea).
Janet: But, there's a student meal in that set.
Cashier (bitchy woman): Oh, I'm so sorry. But you paid already. So, next time.
When I was eating the Mars bar, it suddenly plopped on the floor and everyone screamed. It's so lame but funny.
We then went to the park to cycle too because the heavy rain stopped. The weather was perfect to go to the park. The scenery was great. We were taking such a long time that my mother had to get the cake for us.
Fast forward to the barbecue (not really, because shortly after we had to prepare already). My parents brought along lots of delicious food, but Jessica was a vegetarian, so it was totally lame. When I went to get extra drinks, I went with Hui Yen and Pearlyn to conveniently buy food for Jessica. Janet was so irresponsible! We had a hard time getting food for her because she didn't want to choose. In the end, we had to speak up for her.
My brother was taking "orders" for the barbecued food for Yi Ren when he was watching TV in the chalet. In the end, Janet and Jun Jie told him not to take the food up because he was being lazy.
We then cut the cake and all that and my parents went home. We stayed up into the night playing Truth or Dare, Harry and Mary and telling ghost stories to one another. Freaky, I guess? We also played Monopoly, and I took such a long time trying to find the batteries. All the stores were closed, including Cheers!
There was one time when the door to the girls' bathroom could not be opened. We tried to use the keys to the chalet and we removed it from the detector and suddenly the whole chalet turned dark and everyone screamed. I swear, that was so dumb. In the end, the door opened with Janet's supposed "karate chop". Some people tried to take advantage of this situation with their freaky ghost stories.
Tuesday (04/11/08)
It was a long day, and a hot one too. We woke up at around 9am and we went to brush our teeth and stuff. I watched TV while they changed and showered. After that, all of us went out to have our breakfast at McDonald's. It was pretty normal, just that we took up three tables. We walked to Escape Theme Park to see if it was open (it wasn't the day before), but it wasn't... still.
We then went back to rest, but Serene went home early because she wasn't feeling well. After that, we just went to E!hub for bowling because it was such a hot morning. Janet just stayed in and continued sleeping. My bowling skills are pathetic, so are my scores. But I managed to win Hui Yen for the second round. Bowling is fun.
After bowling, Janet went to pick us up and we simply went back to the chalet to rest. Some of us turned on the radio and danced crazily to the beat while some of us played board games and slacked in the rooms instead. After a while, we planned to go to the park for inline skating but halfway there Isaac didn't feel well and Pearlyn and Yi Ren went back to the chalet with him. When we reached the park and got our skates, it rained lightly and we were afraid that we wouldn't be able to skate, so Hui Jie helped us return the skates after a long discussion with the store owners. So, we simply had our lunch at Downtown East. We went back again. Sigh, so boring, right? But nope, I decided to take funny pictures of myself for the first time with Hui Yen and Hui Jie. I feel so thick-skinned.
We then went for bowling again because we liked it. My scores were better this time and I beat Isaac for the second round too. My mother dropped by and bought us some cookies from Subway. When we came back, a lot of people took a shower (except for me) and watched the 9pm show while Jun Jie and Isaac helped us buy the cup noodles. Pearlyn told me she finished the WHOLE OF "TWILIGHT" (a book by Stephenie Meyer) in a day!!! What the? Later, I went down with Hui Yen, Jasper and Yi Ren to Fish and Co. to have our supper and the fish was indeed nice. Jasper bought a Sprite there which totally tasted like carbonated water. We told the cashiers and when they tried it, they gave funny disgusted reactions. We talked and joked a lot with one another there and then walked back to the chalet. When I was taking a shower, they were playing lame games. Janet seemed to have problems with her cousin but I guess it's already settled. We then played a board game and went to sleep at... 3am.
Overall the chalet may not be THAT fun but it was a great opportunity to bond with my friends for the last time... I can't wait for the other trip to South Korea!!!

next to me (wait a minute sister)
That song (the title) is really good.
Anyway, I can't wait to meet my friends at Downtown East later. I hope they don't lose their way...
My brother made me a birthday card and a cake out of plasticine. How sweet.
I got into Triple Science, anyway. It was probably the second best gift so far (first being my brother's) but I'm feeling quite mixed up about it? I just don't know. Anyway, I got into the course I wanted, and that's final. It's this feeling, something like... when you wanted this for such a long time already and you finally got it, the thrill isn't there anymore. But, Triple Science is a good reward for studying hard, so I appreciate it.
My maid gave me a present too! Surprising, eh?

sunday sunday
Hey. I went to swim today, finally... it's been 2 months. Honestly, I felt like a skinny pig. Hahah.
Also, I went bowling today. My first time eh? It was quite fun actually, and I did strike... once. Heh.
Tomorrow's the chalet but I'm having mixed feelings about it. Hmm, Serene is coming over at 6pm. Perfect to start the barbecue. I'm quite relieved, actually. Hahah.
Also, the streaming outcomes will be posted on the e-portal tomorrow. It seems that lots of people are taking options no. 3 and 4. I wonder why, hmm. My second option is no. 2, but since I did not take the CS test, it's been pushed down to my third option... which is no. 3. Hahah. I just hope that I will get into the combination I want.

-ology
I went out with my parents to shop for my clothing to wear for the South Korea trip. It was boring as usual, and it never fails to make me frustrated because I have to go and in and out of the fitting rooms a hundred times every 15 minutes. Fine, that was an exaggeration, but it's enough to drive you insane.
We then drove to OG Albert (To be honest, I HATE that place) to get my pair of jeans. I'm still too skinny to wear size 28. I wonder how troublesome it would be to shop for my CNY clothes next year. Hmm, anyway, I don't really care (until I REALLY do the shopping).
I completed some quiz I saw when I went blog-hopping. Hmm, you can just do it if you want...?
